a slave is emancipated for the kaffarat of fast.ne who cannot emancipate a slave fasts successivelyfor sixty days.after sixty days,he makes qada of each day which he did not fast.
a person who has debts of kaffarat in several past Ramadans or who has had two days each requiring a kaffaratin the same ramadan makes only one kaffarat for the both if he has not made the first kaffarat.but if he has made the first kaffarat he makes the second one,too.
