Topic: How can you make tawasul by the prophet.

First of all do not call me a wahabi for i follow Arasullilah upon the understanding of the salaf.

So shall we call you salafi, as wahhabis prefer to be called. For us, anyone denying tawassul by the prophet is a wahhabi or pro-wahhabi, since he is supporting their ideas.

I do not follow Arasul upon the understanding of Abdul wahab or abu hanifa malik hanbel or shafi'e i follow what is sahih. I do not limit myself to anything but the true path of arasulillah. I'm very curious to know what manhaj this website is under. I would like you Martin to apologize for labling me.

Wish u follow the prophet upon the understanding of Abu Hanifa or Al Shafei, these are great men that taught us a lot. As for Abdul Wahhab, he's not even a scholar, but only a corruptive figure, just like Ibn Taymiyyah.
Our Manhaji is based upon Ahlusunnat wa al Jama^at, following Imam Al Ash^ari. Do u know him?

I got some information on what was claimed to be said by Imaam Abu Haneefah:

That statement is a lie about Imaam Abu Haneefa.

Imaam Abu Haneefa did not dislike tawassul. He disliked using the term “I ask you bi Haqq fulaan” so that it would not be understood that the slave has an obligatory Haqq on Allaah. That is what is in ad-dur. And the Hanafiyys wrote and explained the words of Abu Haneefa and they said that tawassul is permissible.

Abu Haneefa did not hear of the Hadeeth which means: “O Allaah I ask you by the Haqq of the saa’ileen”. Had he heard that Hadeeth, he wouldn’t have said that. All the scholars say “if the Hadeeth is SaHeeH then it is my math-hab.” And that Hadeeth is SaHeeH.
