Welcome to this forum of true knowledge and constructive discussion. It pleases me to be be able to serve you as the modertor and to extend to you the noble teachings of Islam.
Bismillah, Allahuma salli ^ala Muahamad. May allah grant us the sincere intentions and the ability to conquer all evil.
Warning against the Wahabiya sect is an obligation of the religion.
You want to know how i know this

??
Ok well if you’re a true believer and lover of our prophet Muhammad you will believe in his sayings, especially the one that says: Hatta matta tari^ouna ^an thikril Faajer, Uthkuruhu bima feehi kay yahtharhun-naas. This hadith related by Al-Hakim means: Until when will you hold from exposing the one who commits enormous sins? Mention about him that which is in him so the people will be cautious against him.
Since the greatest right due from the slave to our Creator is to believe in Him, then it becomes an obligation upon us to protect the knowledge that leads to belief; to protect that knowledge from the tamperings of corrupt minds and authors, such as that of Ibn Taymiah and his followers, the Mohammad Ibn ^Abdul Wahab sect.
Ok !! So where do the Wahabiya fit into this?

?? i hear u ask.
Lets first look at their leader and at some of their beleifs originated by Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab
Muhammad Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab originated from eastern Arabia, from the tribe of Banu Tamim. He lived about one hundred years. He was born in 1111 AH and died in 1200 AH.
Muhammad Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab started as a student of knowledge in the city of the Prophet, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam: al-Madinah al-Munawwarah. Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab's father was a good, pious man among the people of knowledge as was his brother, Shaykh Sulayman
His father, brother and sheikhs saw that he was innovating lots of new sayings and matters in the religion which they constantly tried to stop him doing. But to no avail.
What Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab's father, brother, and shaykhs speculated about him came true--by the Will of Allah, ta^ala. Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab innovated deviant and misleading ways and beliefs and managed to allure some ignorant people to follow him. His deviant and misleading ways and beliefs disagreed with the sayings of the scholars of the Religion. His deviant beliefs led him to label the believers as blasphemers! He falsely claimed visiting the grave of the Prophet, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, and performing the tawassul by him as shirk. Additionally, he falsely claimed visiting the graves of other prophets and righteous Muslims (awliya') and performing tawassul by them was shirk as well. He added to this by saying, "To call upon the Prophet, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, when performing tawassul by the Prophet is shirk." He passed the same judgment of shirk on the ones who call upon other prophets and righteous Muslims (awliya') in performing tawassul by them.
In an effort to give credibility to his innovations Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab embellished his sayings by quotations which he selected from Islamic sources. But it’s not what you think. He used quotations which are used as proofs for many issues but not the issues which he was attempting to support. He brought false statements and tried to beautify them for the laymen until they followed him. He wrote treatises for them until they believed that most of the People of Tawhid were blasphemers.
His deviant movement was evidenced by his alliance with the Su^udiyy Family and by whom he called upon for support.
Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab called upon the princes of eastern Arabia and the people of ad-Dar^iyyah to support him (Ad-Dar^iyyah is a region north of the city of Riyad, Saudi Arabia) to support him. They carried his doctrine and made this endeavor a means to strengthen and expand their kingdom. They worked together to suppress the Bedouins of the deserts until they overcame them and those Bedouins followed them and became foot-soldiers for them without pay. After that, these masses started to believe that whoever does not believe in what Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab said is a blasphemer, and it is Islamically
lawful (halal) to shed his blood and plunder his money. The extremism of the wahabiyyah was never hidden from the public eye, as you can see.
The troubles of Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab started to evidence in 1143 A.H and began to spread after 1150 A.H. Subsequently, the scholars--even his brother, Shaykh Sulayman and the rest of his shaykhs-- authored many treatises to refute him. But Muhammad Ibn Su^ud, the Prince of ad-Dar^iyyah in eastern Arabia, supported him and worked to spread his ideology. Ibn Su^ud was from Banu Hanifah. This means that they were from the people of Musaylimah al-Kadhdhab. Ironically, Musaylimah al-Kadhdhab was a blasphemous man who claimed the status of Prophethood for himself after the death of Prophet Muhammad. The Muslims during the caliphate of Abu Bakr killed him, may Allah raise his rank. Can you see the inherited lineage of corrupt thought and poison leaking into the stream of Islam?
Well it doesn’t stop there.
When Muhammad Ibn Su^ud died, his son ^Abdul-^Aziz Ibn Muhammad Ibn Su^ud took over the responsibility of fulfilling the vile task of spreading the Wahhabi beliefs.
Many of the shaykhs of Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab in al-Madinah used to say, "He will be misguided, and he will misguide those for whom Allah willed the misguidance." Things took place as per the speculation of the scholars. Ibn ^Abdul-Wahhab claimed his intention behind the madhhab he invented was "to purify the tawhid" and "repudiate the shirk." He also claimed people had been following the shirk for six hundred years and he revived their Religion for them!
All the sheikhs who refuted and warned against ibn ^Abdul Wahab were adhering to the ayah: Kuntum kheira umatin ukhrijat linaas, ta’muruna bil-ma^ruf wa tanhaouna ^anil munkari. Meaning “you are the best nation to come forth to the people, you bid the lawful and forbid the unlawful. We side by those scholars in doing what we do here today: warning against those who liken Allah to His creation and deviate the true teachings…All extremists.
Ibn ^abdul Wahab found refuge in the deviated books and teachings left by another extremist before him, namely Ibn Taymiah.
Ibn Taymia was born in the seventh century after the migration of prophet Muhammad. He was born into a humble family of Islamic scholars. Ibn Taimiya was renowned for his academic incentives, which lead to his misinterpretation of the true Islamic knowledge. He later served his arrogance by neglecting the proper Islamic judgments passed by Islamic scholarly consensus and therefore concluding judgements on his own accord that in effect contradicted the sound teachings of Islam. Ibn Taymiah was a man who not only was refuted and disgraced by the contemporary scholars of his time, but he was also jailed in order to make him repent from the abhorrent extreme blasphemy he committed and taught.
One of the Sheikhs who refuted Ibn Taymiah was Imam, Hafiz, Taqiyy-ud-Din ^Aliyy Ibn ^Abd-il-Kafi as-Subkiyy. In "ad-Durrat-ul-Mudiyyah", he said what means: Ibn Taymiyah innovated the foul things in the Usul of belief and infringed the foundations of al-'Islam, after he was covering himself with following the Book (the Qur'an) and Sunnah, showing outwardly that he is a caller to truth and a guide to the Jannah. Consequently, he deviated from following the Book and Sunnah to innovation, and deviated from the Jama^ah of the Muslims by infringing the scholarly consensus. He said what leads to the jismiyyah and composition in the Holy Self of Allah and that it is not impossible that Allah needs a part.
He said that the torture of the people of Hell stops and does not last forever. He was ordered to repent many times, but he broke his promises and agreements every time until he was imprisoned as per the fatwa of the Four Judges one of whom was a Shafi^iyy, the second Malikiyy, the third Hanafiyy, and the fourth Hanbaliyy . They passed the ruling that he was a straying man, and that it is an obligation t warn against him, as was said in "^Uyun-ut-Tarikh" by Salah-ud-Din as-Safadiyy, who was a student of Ibn Taymiyah and of Taqiyy as-Subkiyy. His extremism was so abhorrent that it lead to extreme measures in order to try to stop his poison from spreading and deviating the majority of the Muslims. King Muhammad Ibn Qalawun issued a decree to be read on the manabir in Egypt and ash-Sham (area including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Palestine) to warn people against him and his followers.
The most abhorrent of the teachings of both Ibn Taymiah and of Mohammad Ibn ^Abdul Wahab is their likening Allah to the creation. They have supported each other in attributing to Allah bodily organs and attributes that leave the Creator (in their opinion) susceptible to the weak characteristics of His creations. Try telling their devoted followers ayah 11 in surat Ash-shura: laysa kamithlihi shay’, meaning Allah does not resemble any of his creations; and they would much rather turn a deaf ear to the words of Allah and hold on to the extreme philosophy of their leader with prejudice. Moderate Islam is to believe in Allah as mentioned in the Quran starting by the ayah that exalts Allah and clears Him of any imperfection. Subhan Allah. Exalted is HE from resembling any if the creations. Dhunun Al-Masri said: mahma tasawarta bi balak fallahu bi-khilafi thaalek. This means that whatever you imagine in your mind Allah is other than that.
ALLAH EXITS WITHOUT A PLACE, know that and believe in it and save yourself from the eternity of HELL. This is our endeavour not to persecute anyone who has not been taught right, but to teach the mislead and remind those who have forgotten.
May Allah bless you and keep us steadfast on the true path …Ameen
