I can sure believe that...but brother ,everyone appreciate your one-sentence-topics but could you add always from where you get of course from fiqh books I think..but clearer ..please so you make things easier..

we must have  fiqh books  .(Raddul Mukhtar ,Fatawa-i Hindiyya,Ghurar,Halabi-i Kabir,Fatawa-i Bizazziya,Hadiqa,Bariqa,Fatawa-i Fiqhiyya..........)
it is fard for every Muslim  to learn fiqh(?badat,halal,haram)

indeed, the Prophet said
"Talabul ^ilmi farîDatun ^ala kulli muslim"
what means, seeking knowldge is an obligation upon every muslim.

it is very important that we learn from shaykhs, so that we know our chain of transmission is not broken.  one can read a medince book, but that does not entail he is a doctor, i would not go to such a person for an opertion. would u?  :-P
