I need your help about my converstion about Islam with a Bosnian people that dont seem to know much ( I dont really know them).  :oops: :|

The problem is if they ask some question about Islam, can you please help me to answer it?? :-) :-) :-)..and I ned to translate it in Bosnian.( thats my part)/ :wink:

I am tryingto make them realize the Islam way of living and I know you guys are my moreee knowledgable then  me, ofcourse :roll:,and I need your help when I translate you the question.

Why can we say Niyet in other language when we start off the Salah ( Prayer), but not recite Surah's in other language except Arabic?  :? :-)

i mean i think its because Arabic is original language and exact words of Allah, and Niyet is just coming from the heart.and can be said in other language :?
am i right? :?

yes,right sister you are not wrong  :-)
the Surahs were revealed in the arabic language and if we translate them they werent the original revealed surahs .translations are not exactly the words of Allah, you can't change the words of Allah in another language (exactly).(by the way the arabic which is spoken by the arabians, lebanese today ..is  not the same arabic which was spoken  in the time of  our Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alayhi^ wassalam )

I have a bosnian friend who is willing to help so insha2allaah i "would be able" to translate to ur language.
