dear huseyin
you are getting confused between makruh and Haram
makruh is not a sin and it will never ever be even if someone kept doing it
but if he does something Haram then he will be punished for what he did if Allah didn't forgive him

As-salamu 'alaykum,

Actually not... In the Hanafi madhhab there are two kinds of Makruh - Makruh Tahriman and Makruh Tanzihan, unlike in the Shafi'i madhhab where the is only one kind of Makruh.

The difference between the two kinds of Makruh in the Hanafi madhhab:

Quote
Makruh Tanzihan or Karaha Tanzihiyya refers to an act that is detested in Shari'ah, without the promise of punishment for the one who carries it out. It
is closer to the lawful (mubah) than the unlawful (haram).

Makruh Tahriman or Karaha Tahrimiyya is a command for abstinence that has been established by speculative proof (dalil dhanni). It is closer to the unlawful (haram) and can also be defined as being in diametrical opposition to a Wajib. [NB: In Hanafi fiqh there is a difference between Fard and Wajib.]
- From an answer by Muhammad ibn Adam al-Kawthari.

Masha'Allah and welcome to TAI Saeed1397 !!

Indeed there is a difference between the hanafiis and the shafiis in this respect, because the shafiis do not distinguish between the levels of evidence available
