Assalamu alaykum my dears. :bg :bg
Really!!!! before i start talking, i want to say how much i miss Tayyiba, Noor, Munazzih and the rest of the clan whom i now paid us a visit here and are working hard now at keeping us anxious for their return. :ho1 ;-) :lbw1
Anyway i am looking forward to reading from them soon Insha' Allah. :rdg1
Yes it was a night of spectacular fire works last night, but i had nothing to do with it :lbw1 ;-)
The celebration of the Roman New Year 2002 was celebrated quite elaboratley in OZ. The six states shared multi millions of dollors on fire works displays nationally. Melbourne claimed a quarter of a million while Sydney as usual topped the record with something over $300,000 attracting millions of Sydney siders to the Harbour.
Millions of dollars were spent on non other than a few minutes of lights flashing in the air and loud bombing sounds. :sf1
Meanwhile in countries such as the third world, millions of people also celebrated the new year with a rumbling stomach and mal-nutrition related disease. :lo1
But who cares about the starving!! :-( As long as we are all still crying over the two lost towers of New York and the deaths of Jews in Palestine that amount to a totally lop sided ratio of innocent Palestian children and women. :-(
I remember quite vividly that after September 11, people were criticised for showing as much as a smile on the streets. All had to show moarn. :-( :-(
Well I'm glad to know that i can at-least smile on the streets now. Whats a smile from little sweetheart compared to a multi million dollar national display of joy and happiness. ;-) :bl1
Anyways... that was my cool topic for today. What is yours

As your writing it. ........Keep smiling and (H) Let the SUN SHINE
