Topic: is it allowed (about fasting)

So if someone thought I wont be drinking coffee in the morning tommorow because It's Ramadan and I'm Fasting  thats an intention.

are you allowed to brush  teeth when you fast??? :?

to brush teeth  without toothpaste it is permissible.with toothpaste it is makruh.

with toothpaste it is makruh if you swallow it it breaks fast.

if it one minute remaining for breaking the fasting and you make the intention for fasting,is it allowed? Or counts that?
