no we dont have a translation of our names , its just a name  :-P
but in latin it means the one who imitates..

I think your name pronounced like that Emilya and there no Islamic name like that you can name yourslef Amina it's better and Muslim name .Thank u for asking and may Allah pleased u

Ema, every name has meaning in its own language. My question is? Is "Muslim Name" only name with Arab meaning?? Arabs had same names before they become Muslims. Can someone expalin this?

we are obliged to gve nice names to our children. Emilija is nice, but unfortunatelly, not muslim name, at least here in Bosnia. That is mainly name of chatolic female children.
But Emilija, if you are not happy about your name or don't feel confortable about it's islamic rooths, you might change it.
