Lead a Healthy Life: Clean Your Teeth


Leading a healthy life is the dream of every one, one should need to live a healthy and hygenic life, but it truly depends on one, that how he/she manages it, you can also lead a healthy and hygenic life by following the basic principle:


Clean Your Teeth


The prophet may Allah raise his rank showed us how important it is to often and frequently use the SIWAK to clean our teeth.

Yes, Siwak is not obligatory. But it is greatly and strongly recommended on so many occasions..... Before woudou, before prayer, and so on...

In addition Siwak is absolutely great for your gum, your breath, and your digestive tract in general.

I know that it is sunnah before the prayer.

That's all :(

But i also use it when i do wudu', i leave one next to the sink so i don't forget.
