Good morning SUNSHINE, i came here hoping to be reminded of a meal to cook today from the appetising recipes offered (Y) ;-)

But i had no idea that Kefta had aspecial spice for it. We always bye the meat mashed and kneaded with the fine chopped parsley, onions and mint. Well they do add the usual cooking spice which what you'd have in your kitchen cupboard anyway :lbw1 :lbw1

But what this about 'layers' :bl1 :usmile1 I upside down on this one. The way i make it is i scew the kefta into finger size pieces then put it in an oven tray with potatoe cut up a bit bigger than what what you would for french fries. THen as you said you would soak it all in tomaote paste diluted with enough water to cover the content. Put in oven maybe an hour or so................and eeeeeeeeeeat deeeeelicious. I made it myself :lol1 :ho1 :lol1 :ww1

Mean time keep smiling and let the sun shine :ww1
