Quran is a guard - Recite for protection

Bismillah,

Brothers and Sisters,

Know that Ayat from al-Quran are very affective against hardships.
My advise, is that you get into the habit of reciting Ayat Al-Kursiyy, and Surat al-Ikhlas, Surat al-Falaq, Surat An-Nass, and al-Fatiha DAILY. Get your kids used to that as well. Every day before sleep and before waking up.

Barak Allah fik
only that the link you refer to doesn't properly teach the exact pronounciation. may becoz of the poor quality of sound (low encoding).
people have got to well pronounce the "Ó" and the "Õ". very difficult for a beginner at first.

The best thiker is saying :
La Ilaha Ilallah.

Also the prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said: "four statments light on the tongue but heavy on al-mizan (Balance of deeds): Subhanallah, Al-Hamdulillah, La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar".

Also saying: "Raditu Billahi Raban, Wabil Islami Deena, Wa Bi-Muhammadin Nabiya, Wa bil-Qur'an Imama"

And the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said to the companions "Increase from 'Girasul-Jannah' " Companions asked What are 'Girasul-Jannah' He said: Saying Subhanallah. Whenever one says it, Allah grants him a plant in paradise it's stem is from Gold.

And make a lot of Salat and Salam on the Prophet.

*(Allahumma Salli ^Ala Sayidina Muhammad wa ^Ala 'Alihi Wa Sahbihi Wa Sallim) this means O Allah increase the honor of Prophet Muhammad and his companions and kind Al, and protect his nation that which he fears for it.

Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said: Whomever makes salat on me every day 100 times, Allah will fullfill for him 100 need, 70 of them are for his hereafter and 30 of them are for this (Duniya) life.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be very aware and careful when making thiker. You must make the pronunciation correct to have the secret of this Thiker. Specially those who have hard time pronouncing Ha’ as in Halim not to pronounce it as in Haroon.

So say: Subhanallah Where the underlied “h” is Ha’ such as Alhamdulillah or ar-Rahman. Don’t make the Ha’ same as Ha’ as in Haroon..

Brothers and sisters if you have hard time pronouncing the Ha’, I can help. Let me know.

May Allah reward you.
