Is dancing and singing HARAM at the time of marriage ceremony ?

I am hearing from many that it is Satanic to dance and sing  at marriage ceremonies.
Is it correct? Because it is common everywhere,is it against Islam to do so?
Are we going to be punished for that?

you need to ensure they are not dancing to haraam music
