I was just wondering, at school i am reading a book in English. It's a Jewish book called Night and it  has alot of blasphemous sayings. I have to read this book for my VCE which means i have to and i have no choice.

does anyone have any suggestions like to what i should do?

SubhanAllah, I am not sure what to advise you, but when writing an essay on it, be sure to write at the top of the papers "It might be said" and when talking about it say "The author says" so that you avoid apostacy insha'Allah. I wish you the best Yasmin, may Allah ease things for you. Insha'Allah someone will give you more advice :)

that is real good advice... it always good to say : "It was said by the author" , or " it was said in the book" etc...

there are tens of examples in the koran.... it always comes with a similar context:
