What you state is interesting but I think you should leave those hadiths alone for now and stick to the Qur'an.Just as the Bible misleads man so does those Hadiths mislead man because they where written and made by man.

Abu Talib, the Uncle of The Prophet Muhammad..was a Kafir, through and through. And there is no doubt about this.

If you know the proofs, and still deny that he was a kafir...you yourself comit kufr. And you are not a muslim..no matter what you think.

It is kufr to believe a kafir is a muslim..and to believe a muslim is a kafir. And you know what they are [ie..proofs have been provided to you..such as if someone says Allah does not exsit..this is proof they are a kafir...and if someone says La Illaha Ill Allah, and youve not heard kufr from them..then they are a muslim, and you judge them as so.]
