There is nothing to think about you are not a scholar your not qualified to give your opinion especially when there is a clear religious text  that contradict what your saying.

As for photographs there is detail to this issue, this is another subject.
I repeat to you that we follow the religion wether we know the wisdom of that matter or not.

If you believe that the Prophet made this haram and this is the judgment about it in the religion and yet out of your stuborness you think it should be changed for what reason whatsoever, then this is belying the religion and thus the one who belies the religion blasphemes by that and has to re-embrace al Islam by taking the 2 testifications of faith.

And I advice you strongly to watch what come out from your tongue, don't let the devil whisper stuff to you that makes you think that your a big thinker with great new ideas or whatever is going thru your mind because that's what the shaytan do he plays with the mind of the people and try to make them non-believers.

My belief is that evil or good,all is from Allah. Allah has bestowed upon us that power of thinking,so the human brain THINKS and THINKS till he reaches THE MOON. Allah sees our intentions in all matters.
And what about photographs?This is haram and I have been listening this since my childhood.( I am 53).

Yes Allah granted us many endowments like the mind, the hands, the foot, the tongue etc... but we can not use those endowments by committing sins.

Allah said in al Qur'an An-Najm/4 (wa ma yantiqou ^anil hawaa in houwa il-la wahyoun youuhaa) which means the Prophet does not speak out of delusion rather what he speaks is a revelation from Allah.
The Prophet did not base the judgments he gave on delusion rather on what Allah ordered, if this is the case about the best of the creation how can one dare to think that he can pass his own opinions and follow his own desires and goes against what the Prophet and his companions came with. As if this person is saying that he knows more about the religion than them.

There is something called apostasy (ar-riddah) and this is mentioned by the scholars and it's proof is from al Qur'an, as-sounnah and al Ijmaa^ (the consensus of the Muslim nation). Apostasy is of 3 types; Apostasy by belief, action, saying. We have lessons I'm sure about this in the forum, maybe someone could post the link pertaining to it. All 4 great schools talked about it, and other than the 4 famous schools talked about it.

Yes Allah knows our intention but it does not mean that if you do something wrong but you meant good by it that it makes it ok, if a kill someone and I say that my intention was good would a judge accept this...off course not.

I advice you strongly to learn the matters of the religion from a trustworthy person, contact the administrator they can help you in that, it is important that you protect your faith.

I ask Allah to protect you and to guide us to what is right so we can be safe in the hereafter.
