salaam dear sis, well Islamically, there are substances that are considered filthy and must not be on the person’s body, clothes, place of prayer, or even carried when praying.

Some of these substances include urine, faeces, blood, vomit, pus, and discharges from the penis and vagina, except maniyy (of men and women) which is not filthy.

So you have to purify the place before praying, or simply pray on another place which is pure :lbw1

Dear Mouyasar, in this case one would uproot the main body of the najasa (i.e. what they could) with something like tissue paper, taking care not to spread the filth on their hands. Next they would take something like a detergent or disinfectant (for example Dettol) and rub it on the area (with tissue or something similar) so as to get rid of the smell of the najasa that is still there. (Again make sure you protect your skin from the filth). Next wait for the area to dry completely. Then take clean purifying water and throw it on the entire affected area so as to rid the area of the najasa. This area is now clean.

Is is clear sister Mouyasar?
