un-consumated marriage
« on: Wednesday 28 February 2007, 13:13 »
Dear brothers and sisters
I would like to be enlightened about the above subject. If someone who has married a girl did not consume his marriage for more than three months, is his marriage valid or it is considered null and void. Is it necessary that he should pronounce the "Talaq" i.e. by saying "I have divorced you" or it is necessary.
Thank you wa jazakum-Allah Kheiran.
