Topic: Conjoined twins!!!

I think you've all heared of the gwo conjoined adult Iranian sisters who decided to go through a very serious operation to be sperated, but they didn't make it after all...

What I saw on TV about their life made me really wonder, alhamdlillah, what a blessing I have but I wasn't aware of.... I told my sister: If I was like them, conjoined with you, I wouldn't live, because I can't be atached to the same person 24 hours per day, no matter how much I loved her!

I read about another conjoined twin, but this time in India, but after what happend with the Irani twin, the decided not to kame such operation to be seperated.

Seeing the third twins aikes my heart, isn't it hard enough for them being attached like this, and they have to live knowing that their parents abandoned them  :cry:

How could they do something like that? The article in yahoo says that the mother saw the kids once, but she said that she doesn't want them

I was so touched by the entire thing: I still remember those twins as truly brave. I am such a wimp that I would never have opted for surgery. Yet, it's true that I have no idea what it's like to be a siamese twin. Perhaps I would have.

I think in the final analysis, they provided us with a reason to be SO thankful for our health and the health of our children. Health is truly a gift!

Today on "Oprah", the y showed two egyptians conjoind twins, may Allah protect them they are soooooooooo cute, and tehy're gonna try to seperate them in the us....may God help them and their parents :?
