Yes it would invalidate the marriage contract if one was to blaspheme according to the hanafi school.

As for the number of times i will ask insha'Allah

I just asked my shaykh and he said that he cant remember any limit being mentioned in regards to how many times the marriage contract can be broken. This is not a divorce it is a nullification. The limit mentioned is for talaq.
