Losing weight

If you want to lose weight  ;
-- Begin by keeping detailed records of everything you eat for a week or two.
-- Get a good book on nutrition and analyze your eating habits,particularly the number of fat grams you consume on  an average day.

Once you figure out what you are eating and  what you should be eating , all that's left is the hard  part:
doing something about it.  
first : Set up a system of rewards for sticking to your diet and punishments for sneaking off for hot ,  fudge, sundays.

second : Continue to monitor what and when to eat and chart your progress.

third : Have someone lose weight with you.

fourth
: Have someone compliment and reward you when you do well, and remind you when you need to do something-but not punishing you.

 i hope  you will succeed  in losing weight ,   cause it doesn't  work  with me...hehehe !  it needs   a lot of control...

naaaaaaaa. you did not get me.....  :no2

I just can't stand the big fuss that girls often make over a few kilograms they won or lost....

the media has so abhorently abused of such sensitive issues to make every fat girl feel she is not nice looking and she is not acceptable in society..... I hate those advertisements... some girls are just fat, simply put, they are this way..... they can't do anything about it...

thats good to know how much money you spend on food for a week :-)

first i know we consomators and we live in this kind of society, we "need" to buy many books, but who knows you better then yourself?
who see you more then you?

Usualy thats for sisters to take to much care, if a man do it its bec of pressure of his wife to do so. or something els.... that i dont know :-)

a good idea is eat no more then it is needed.

That is just the problem, to know from where it come its not enough you must do it and for that you need help from exterior, Wife, family.....

Thats true it help a lot but its not enough, i know cases (not this kind) that compliment and reward can have a reserve action.
So it depend which kind of people you are complimenting..

Know one thing my sister be proud who you are and how you are....... that make you more happier.. thats important.. maybe i am telling that bec i am no more in puberty... and the best of the looks is in the heart of a believer....  (Y)
I am also not so small but i feel good and nobody can make me complexed about it, I was once and i said now no more...

they have to accept how i am, i dont ask them food that they would be in a better position of me...

ترجي من تشاء منهن وتؤوي إليك من تشاء ومن ابتغيت ممن عزلت فلا جناح عليك ذلك أدنى أن تقر أعينهن ولا يحزن ويرضين بما آتيتهن كلهن والله يعلم ما في قلوبكم وكان الله عليما حليما


سورة محمد - سورة 47 - آية 19
فاعلم أنه لا إله إلا الله واستغفر لذنبك وللمؤمنين والمؤمنات والله يعلم متقلبكم ومثواكم


سورة محمد - سورة 47 - آية 26

إذا جاءك المنافقون قالوا نشهد إنك لرسول الله والله يعلم إنك لرسوله والله يشهد إن المنافقين لكاذبون
