first i know we consomators and we live in this kind of society, we "need" to buy many books, but who knows you better then yourself?

Usualy thats for sisters to take to much care, if a man do it its bec of pressure of his wife to do so. or something els.... that i dont know :-)
a good idea is eat no more then it is needed.
Once you figure out what you are eating and what you should be eating , all that's left is the hard part:
doing something about it.
That is just the problem, to know from where it come its not enough you must do it and for that you need help from exterior, Wife, family.....

first : Set up a system of rewards for sticking to your diet and punishments for sneaking off for hot , fudge, sundays.
as long thereward is like a apple, tomato, ... not candies sorry brother Abdullah :-P
fourth : Have someone compliment and reward you when you do well, and remind you when you need to do something-but not punishing you.
Thats true it help a lot but its not enough, i know cases (not this kind) that compliment and reward can have a reserve action.
So it depend which kind of people you are complimenting..
i hope you will succeed in losing weight , cause it doesn't work with me...hehehe ! it needs a lot of control...

I am also not so small but i feel good and nobody can make me complexed about it, I was once and i said now no more...
they have to accept how i am, i dont ask them food that they would be in a better position of me...
