A little israeli settler shouts in the face of a little Palestenian boy: My father told me you Arabs are terrorists... to which the Palestenian boy replies: My father did not tell me anything, because your father killed him.

How would not every muslim feel totally frustrated and insulted to see his Qor'an being ridiculed in this way and used as a marketing banner.....
I do not like to see anyone's religion ridiculed. It is not an appropriate form of criticism. (I am also sad to see someone blame it on Jews without evidence.)It is possible that it was produced out of sheer ignorance. The 'belly dancer' and female 'genie' are common motifs of the Middle East in the West, and presumably in westernized Japan as well. The company that produced it may be appropriately embarrassed if it is brought to their attention. I remember the objections to using the Saudi flag on materials by McDonald's Corp. because of the Qu'ranic verse on it, so it was replaced by a plain green banner with a sword alone.Which verse of the Qu'ran, may I ask as I don't read Arabic, has been misused here?
even tho i too am saddened by the fact that pple point fingers... it is rather the USE of the ayahs and not WHICH particular text was used....
how wld a person of the faith of Jesus, as the christians see him feel if you see a figure of the so called jesus on the cross being marketed on t shirts?? and behind that the Lord's prayer???same principle i guess huh??? :stumped
Nipponese!!! imho... they are just USERS. :mad
It would help me to know - to be sure that it is in fact a religious text. If I knew the particular verse #:#, I could then check it for myself by matching it character by character to an Arabic Qu'ran. Please ABDU...
