Misyar absolves theman of his maritua duties towards his wife and children, including the fact that the woman at no time has any right physical or material over her husband and the fact that she cannot demand any support from him in any way under any circumstances and the man can decide to have intercourse with her as he pleases.

This is similar in many ways to the Muta except for the fact that nikah is read, but the main issue is that the aim of nikah in not upheld here. The main aim of Muta is only sex and not to consider the marriage as a Sunnah, due to which the obligations towards family are not considered which are actually enforced in Islam.

And this method was neither practised nor proposed and  neither existed during the times of the first three generations or the later Salaf.

It is an easy way to exploit women.

WE KNOW IN ISLAM THAT WOMAN HAVE RIGHTS MARRYING THE ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE. IF A MUSLIM WOMAN HAD ANY SUCH DIGNITY, THEN SHE WOULDN'T ALLOW HERSELF TO BE BUT IN SUCH CATEGORY. TOO ME THIS IS LOWERING HER STATIS  :'(, AS A MUSLIM SISTER.
