A little israeli settler shouts in the face of a little Palestenian boy: My father told me you Arabs are terrorists... to which the Palestenian boy replies: My father did not tell me anything, because your father killed him.

Salam, since I don't speak any Arabic I'd like to know if there is any difference in the Arabic way of writing 'llah (the common word for God, I suppose) and Allah (the name of the God)? I hope you understand what I mean. For in many books I find the sahada translated as: No God but Allah. Also, please, write for me the shahada in Arabic and separatly the word 'llah and Allah .Bismillah.Râhib
salaamhere is a link to what you askHow to be Muslim you even have the pronociation and in arabic and englishrealy brother belief me we are working in other translations......only have patience..in arabic Allahbegin with an Alif lam lam (chadda) hait is important that each letter is prononcedfor example if we say AAllah it is a question which lead to kufrit means is there a god? wal ^iyaada billahor we dont say 'llah for Allah because the letter Alif is gone therei hope you understandif you have a question feel free to ask :-)
Brother muhammed I think I got what Rahib wants.my friend Rahib the name "Allah" remains the same by writing but the pronounciation differs when a vowel comes just before the name "Allah" I'll give you examples to make it clear.when the vowels (or tashkeel in arabic) comes before the name "Allah" we pronounce It ('llah)for ex: if someone said: ÃÍÈß Ýí Çááå[/b] ÃÍÈß[/b] = uhibbuka = I love you Ýí[/b] = Fi = for the sake of Çááå[/b] = Allah = Allah As you see there is a "Fi" before the name "Allah" we pronounce it Fi'llah not "Fi Allah" but we write it "Fi Allah" in Arabic .Salam, Abdu, my friend, you perfectly understood what I ment. I only got 3 Minutes left on the computer, I oly want to thank you and I'll contact next time for more questions - if I may. Since I've been tol that ALLAH is a PERSONEL NAME while 'LLAH is the common word for GOD.May GOD bless you.RâhibAnother example: Çááå ÑÈí[/b] Çááå[/b] = Allah = Allah ÑÈí[/b] = Rabbee = is my GodHere we pronounce it "Allah" not ('llah) because there is nothing befor It.Here is your second request which is the two testifications of faith: ÃÔåÏ Ãä áÇ Åáå ÅáÇ Çááå æÃÔåÏ Ãä ãÍãÏÇð ÑÓæá Çááå[/b]Ash'hadu alla Ilaha illa 'llah wa ash'hadu anna muhammadan rasoolu 'llahthe name (Allah) is in red .In arabic the name "Allah" is always written like this ( Çááå[/b]) but when It comes in the middle of the sentence we pronounce it ('llah).now !! I hope you did understand my explanation ... if you need any more details please tell me.my regards.
Salam, Muhammed, and may GOD bless you. Thanks for your explanations. Though I might ask again.Râhib
