ISLAM V"s WEST

Yes this is a double up only because of the new topic and interest it will generate. So plz make sure your response is read early. Post it now for impact.

This is a reply and a dedication to all who read "friends" and especially to the brightest "Sunshine" that ever did light my life..... ISLAM.

Assalamu alaykum readers and especially to brother Sunshine and sister Ture Muslim.

A7sanallah Illaykom, wa ja3alakom min ahl al-jeenan ana3eem.

I do what i do to gain reward from allah sub7anahu wa ta3ala. Being able to talk about the pages of life, issues and topics that interest and attract people, and portraying such through the paradigm of Islam is an aspiration.

I look around, i listen to people talk. And it tears me to pieces to listen to those people who have deliberatley deprived themselves the privilage of learning about Islam. And they speak nonesence. Utter nonesense. Here they go again listing thier illusion......"Westerers are better, they have knowledge, they have intellect,..." lk ya 3ammi shoo badak!!!..." ... they know the meaning of life, they have sincerity, they have respect for humanity, they have style, they have grace, they have a better upbringing of children, they have, they have, they have--------not like us", (thru the side of his mouth he goes on) "all we have is mashakel. Look at our life! Look at our marriages, our children our less learned people, our disrespect to humanity".

And i look away with disgrace at the audacity of such who call themselves men and their pathetic description of such a mirage coming from people who would rather hide the glory of Islam than see it for what it really is......THE ORIGIN OF THE IDEAL EXISTANCE that they attribute to Westerers.

To me Islam is not just the saviour for the hereafter, it is our dignity in life on earth. It details and represents the rules, conventions and basis for an ideal civilization, one that other nations can only aspire to or borrow from.
However what's depressing is that the beauty of islam is camouflaged by the purely marketing tactics of other nations and by the lack of Islamic knowledge that some people are persistent to avoid. Westeners constitute copywrite laws,,but forget to abide by them when it becomes time to admit the islamic origin of their ideal philosophy. The Westerners appear with the noble laws against forgery and plagiarism yet  forget to attribute the ethics of civilization to Islam, when they speak of social security laws and other.

Was not prophet Adam the first Muslim and man on earth to teach his off springs the civilization of mankind and the ideals in dignity and honour??? Least of which was applying a name to all things. Was not propehet Idris another Muslim to set down the formular for civil engineering? Was not He the first to make writing with a pen a social convention??? Was not prophet Nu7 the first to set the standards of building ocean liners with the ark (the non-beleievers of his time had no name for it, let alone know what it could do). Was not prophet Sulayman the first to record the foundation of medicine, paving the way for further develpment?? Was not prophet Muhammad the Muslim who lifted women from the oppression of the dark ages by constituting for them rights and privileges???  Was not prophet Muhammad the Muslim who determined that women would be active members of society by assigning them duties and responsibiliites??? Islam lifted women to a worthy level. YES TO ALL

This is the beauty in Islam which unfortunatley is covered by the marketing of other cultures and nations and accepted by a passive consumer. This depressing state of publicity is what pushes me to write about Islam in a way to unviel it. To make all see that ISLAM is at the core of proper civilization. ISLAM is at the core of every field of study one may chose in any pompous, bourgeois, stuck up, high life, discriminatingly expensive university in the world. And ISLAM is free for all to learn. Free of prejudice, racism, gender discrimination, age limitations, knowledge pre-requisites, socio-economic background or location. Islam doesn't have a library for the poor and another for the rich. Both have equal access. In fact the most knowledgable scholars in history were the poor.

YES Islam is the basis for an impressive, inspirational existance and i want all to see that. BUT SOME WILL NOT SMELL THE ROSE.

IS THIS NOT THE CASE ?????

Sister sweetheart “lik shoo hal 7alaweh hai” yes you gave us an informing idea of the current situation of Western fake civilization and it is influence on society in general.  What is Western civilization except  of picking out bits and bites from here and there and first from the Islamic great civilization which they condemn first.
What makes this civilazation a civilization is the support of the individuals who think that this is the right way of living but in fact they are living in a big illusion that it's consequences are very destructive.
When are we going to wake up? when are we going to realize that this life is temporary? when are we going to know that we are here to deliver a certain message that needs all the courage and love in delivering it?  By delivering this message we not only feel happy but we make others happy..

I feel that there is a big problem in some muslims themselves when they support the west and their ideologies and they tend to forget and ignore what is real and true..

There is for sure more to say but this is what comes first at hand :)
it is a hot topic that needs to be discussed deeply :)

barakallaahu feeki sister sweetheart you do inspire us with your wisdom and sweetness :)

Assalamou 3alaykom dear sister sweetheart.

I know my answer was brief, but I was in a hurry, I didn’t have enough time to write a lot. Also, I had to think of something, and come back. Barakallahou feeky, I am really happy to read your comment about my post, we are here to advice each other and help each other to do the best we can to make this forum, and this site one of the BEST. (It is already one of the best, but we can always improve what we have).

Insha2allah we will gain a lot of rewards for this, we should always nsa7i7 al niyya in what we’re doing. Again, we should thank our dear brother SUNSHINE for his help and support for everyone here. We can’t thank him enough, he is giving us the opportunity to gain rewards, learn new things, and review things we might have forgot. To thank him, I think it will be enough for him to make dou3a2 for him whenever you can, and post here (at TAI) as much as you can. This is for everyone of us, moderators, members, and visitors, we are all learning, and obtaining a great benefit out of this wonderful site.

Barakallahou feeka dear brother SUNSHINE wa ja3alaka minal^awliya2 assali7een. Razaqakallahou ro2yat sayyidina Mouhammad wazziyara bijahil Habib, sallalahou 3alayhi wassallam.

You are right dear sister sweatheart, I have also heard a lot of people comparing our life with the Western life. I have also heard them complaining about our life, and thinking that Western life is the best. I can’t say they are wrong in everything they say. Western life is perhaps easier than ours. Maybe it has more benefits (in some ways), but we also have a lot of things they don’t have. I used to be living in one of the beautiful countries of the Middle East.

I heard people saying a lot of good things about Western life, and since I haven’t went there before I didn’t know, how true their stories were. Later on, I came to a country in the West; I had the opportunity to experience the Western life, and to compare between the way of lives. I admit that we have problems in our life, but in reality I don’t think anyone is free from problems these days. If you look at each family, you might find something that bother them, of course it differs from family to another and from country to another.

I saw a lot of people, and I met a lot. Most of the people I knew, had a problem in their life, and the others probably had, but never talked about. Alhamdulillah we learned Islam, we know what is Halal and what is Haram. The rules we learned made us avoid a lot of problems that the West is exposing to. We might have marriage problems, we might have money problems, we might have education problem…

I have seen people having a lot worse than thnese problems here in the West. Some teenagers, at a very young age being into drugs and alcohol (and a lot more bad things). Most of these kids, move to another house, where they can live alone at this age, therefore they have the opportunity to be exposed to worse things. This is one of the problems, people of the West are trying to deal with, however the percentage of having one of these problems is very rare for us, because we know the Haram and Halal. I hope and wish they will learn, and reduce their mistakes. Insha2allah they will smell the roses one day.

Best wishes to everyone here
