"say every night (before sleep)

Allahumma Salli ^alaa Muhammedini n-Nabiyyi wa Azwaajihi Ummahatil mu'mineena wa thurriyatihi wa ahli baytihi kamaa Sallayta ^alaa Ibraheem innaka Hameedun Majeed"

or we say  after magrib 27 times (with wudu')

"Allahumma ghfirl lilmu'mineena wal mu'minaat"

Barak Allahu feeka
if you see the prophet , give him salaam from me
