i read 3 times the fatiha
i read 3 times the mu3adat at the end of the quran.
and ofcorse say the ''shahadatein''

 some night i read other verses...
   and you..?

i usually sleep on the right side and say by your name Allahum i laid my side.بأسمك اللهم وضعت جنبى
then i read El Fatiha and El Samadia and El Ma3zatan and Ayat Al Kursy three times
 الفاتحة والصمدية(قل هو الله احد) والمعوذتين(قل اعوذ برب الناس) ، (قل اعوذ برب الفلق), اية الكرسى  ثلاث مرات
 
if i am not sleeping after that i usually say thanks to Allah as many as i can.

Kul ku wala hu ahad(cant recall name of this) 4 times
durood shareef 10 times
aytal kursi 3 times
subhanala, alhamdulillah and allahuakbar 33 times.
and then i fall asleep!! :sleepin
