If u mean by:We dont know the final judjment that we dont know if that person is gonna repent befopre he dies or not , this is true, but when someone blasphemes we say that he's a blasphemer and that if he died on this he'll go to hellfire, if he repents and come back to Islam, he'll go to paradise, but we dont know what he's gonna do after this.

Ashafi^y once had a debate with a person from a deviant sect claiming Islam(mou^tazila), after the debate, the shafi^y didnt just say : I disagree with u , rather, he told him:you blasphemed

"Holier than Thou" attitude is what that is making the matters worse, even in a Christian, Moslem or Jewish discussion, this sort of 'tude kills the sanity.
