This is one reson for me to seek this forum and to learn the ways of Islam.

Jesus (PBUH) said  " Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone"

How does the Law of Islam determine the person that is pure enough to do the stoning ?
Who is qualified ?
Who did the qualifying ?
How can one be sure ?
A long reply is preferred. I have read a good portion of the Koran and am still searching it now.
The translation I read is from Rashid Khalifa  is this the one I should be using ?

We dont know what every person thinks, or say or do when he's alone.

We judge according to what we see.

If we saw taht a person is doing a wrong thing and he deserved punishment for what he' doing, we punish him.

If we saw a person who'sa acting in a good way and not doing anything wrong, we say that he's a good person.

Only Allah knows what's in hearts.

As for the translation, I haven't heared of that man, but I can tell you that I haven't seen any translation of Qur'an that isn't full of lies and wrong ideas about Islam, so dont count on it much.

My answer isn't long as you wanted, but it's a simple as this, I'm sure you don't want me to write and write without reaching a point.

Thank you. Your answer helps some.
The translation of my  the Christian Bible (KJV) has many of the same flaws. I study a translation from the Aramaic Bible (the language Jesus spoke) and I pray it is more accurate than King James, who' translation seems heavily Jew biased, in comparison.
Is there any translation that you could remotely recommend ? Or maybe some individual suras ?
Here is what I am reading. Have a look and if it is dis-information, I will delete it from my bookmarks and quietly read the forums for accurate information.

<< I looked at the site, I didnt downlowd the translation, but from what I saw in the site, I would advise you not to read in the translation ifg you wanted to know the true belief of Muslims>>
