Is it right that women should be stoned if they are proved not faithful?

The honour of the muslim is protected by the Islamic Law.
If somebody is a witness of adultary it means that the person must see the sexual act  and their must  be 4 witnesses who see that too.

But there are conditions to be a witness
for example the one who dont pray cant be taken as a witness

then if they are not with 4 muslims , just (^adl) then they will have punishement which the gouvernor do ...

The law (islamic law) is so protectif then when they do the act and its under the cover its not seem as zeenah (adultary) see the definition.

May Allah give us a good understanding of the religion
May Allah give us the force to refute ppl who deviate from the truth

As Brother Muhammed kindly replied, I just wanted to clearly state that no she cannot be stoned these days because there is no Islamic Ruler or judge.

It isn't up to the people to judge her and implement the ruling.

As Brother Muhammed stated, there has to 4 witnesses (which meet the requirement of the witness) that saw the actual act (not just merely seeing the couple in bed under the sheets).

If the judge finds her guilty, then He implements the ruling, however he does not ban the women from the town as would be done for the man.

Again, I would like to stress the fact that these Islamic Rulings can only be implemented by an Islamic Judge or Ruler.

well, they whole point of this, is for the adulterers to confess to the adultery. How can you guarantee that 4 witnesses could be found?

if the 4 witnesses are found it means that the two fornicated in the middle of the street that everybody saw....

otherwise there would not be stonings

if he is a free man

the same if he is married
and if he is not married he got sweap beating

well how can you guarantee that the so -called 'witnesses' have seen what they saw? What if they where just brought forward simply because, they needed some fake alibis to dishonour the married? Four witnesses are not neccessary, the point is that the perpetraotrs actually having to confess to the act, on the mercy of Allah.

the witnesses may be good muslims
if there are no 4 witnesses then the witnesses will be punished
so the honour of the woman is protected and they are commiting a big sin.
no 4 witnesses no case for judge

it means someone who's not praying his witnes is not accepted
what you say: "Four witnesses are not neccessary" it contradict the Quran

Could you give me an ayat in the Quan where it says that there should be four witnesses?
