It is initially to express her attachment and her obedience to God that the woman must cover her head. The Qur’an recommends it in Surah 24 Verse 31. The Prophet (PBUH), also, teaches us that in several Hadiths, and the practice, which was current in the Muslim society in the time of Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), confirms it.
In addition, considering natural attraction that God put between the man and the woman on the one hand; and the fact that Islam holds, in addition, so that the woman is considered - in her daily relations - under the angle of the necessary respect to him: i.e. as a human being and not as a sex object. For these reasons and others still that one could not count, Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta^ala) recommended to the woman to cover herself, with the role which she has to fulfill in the society.

SALAM  Islam is simple we make it difficult all the what ifs and maybes have been answered in the quran and hadiths but some of us hold on to the life of this world as if there is something in it for us ,and forget or simply ignore our duties to Allah. We cannot custom fit  islam, it's complete, the ink is dry, everything is written, we cannot take what  appeals to us and leave out what does'nt.In other words you cannot be half of a muslim. May Allah help us all ameen.
