ACCORDING TO SOME PEOPLE...RAMADAN

dear  :bro1  and  :sis1  i wish you all a very very very happy ramadan and i  hope that Allah will grant us all paradise insha'Allah if he wills. :bh1

i am very happy that it is ramadan alhamdulillah!!!!! (Y)

but there is some things i woud like to share with you :woops  and i woud like you to tell me your point of view about : tv.....the programs....the''keyme''that are like night clubs :mad ,all people go there have an ''argileee' :notme ' people have fun dance and the music....its like a night club. :booh  :booh  :what??
on the tv (i will not mention the  nameS) you see the month of ramadan transformed to a social event by the media becAUse they want to do money :bringiton  on  this holly moth :woops . i think its hypocryte! :mad
and not the spirit of ramadan :no2
in lebanon....ohhh its horrible....its like a party

and you all dont you think that the month of ramadan shoud be a month of ''ebada'' :bh1
who do you blame? :confused:  :lo1  people or the media..tv...social gathering..
plez do contribute to that thread and tell me were ever you are how ramadan is at your placeeeeeeeeeeee. :bh1  :bh1

Well In the west... its different... we spend the month of Ramadan at work then home Have iftar with family and loved ones,then go the Mosque..Usually..th en again..some people who have cable tv watch those stupid shows.. and some ppl have turn the mosques into a hangout..they go there and smoke and laugh and swear and drink NAJIS DRINKS (FILTHY DRINKS)....they have this drink wich they claim to be alcohol free..but in reality it had alcohol in it but then rmoved chemacily..so its still najas..yet they drink it. And swear and talk about others etc…..A^outho billah …May Allah protect us…

So here you have the choice what do you want ?? the good ort the bad?? Insha’Allah we will all choose the good

i agree with you  :bro1 that the month of ramadan shoud be a month of ''ebada''. every Muslim and Musimh should take the opportunity that Allah give us in this holy manth.
Our beloved prophet Muhmmed may peace of Allah be upon him Said:
There is a mercy in the beginning of it.
There is forgiveness in the middle of it.
There is a release from fire in the end of it.
May Allah forgive us and release all of us from the fire Ameen.
It is the same way here in Egypt.
except for some good Islamic programs which i really enjoy watching.

i also agree with  :bro1 Taha . we are an Islamic country. i believe the programs in TV should be mostly religious at least in the month of Ramadan.

A lot of people, by the Will of Allah stop doing things that are incorrect when they start to gain the knowledge about Islam. This is why it is so important for all of us to learn about the corrcet things in Islam. May Allah give us the correct intentions and may He give us the ability to remember the things that we learn.
