Great piece of information but what for those who become insane in 1 day fasting. Do they have to leave Fasting or is their some way to help those people not getting insane.

Dear Manahel;

What do you mean by :"become insane" are we talking that they go insane (they lose their mind- medical term) in real or figure of speech?
