 i believe the best night of the year is the night of Qadr.
the night in which the Quran came down to our beloved prophet Muhammed may peace from Allah be upon him.
this night is in the last ten days of Ramadan.

the best day of the year is the day of Waqfat Arafat.
it is on the 9th of Zo Alhaja month one day before EID ELADHA.
in which millions  of musliams are standing on Araft Mountain in pilgrimage.

 as for the best day of the week. i believe it is friday.
it is the day of the Gamaa pray.
there is an hour in this day which all your duaa are answered in it.
