The wahabi sect is most definately the fitnah of islam :mad .

True. The Wahhabi sect is the most abhorrent and most heretic sect we know….

It is amazing how wahabis have made up the most incredible stories about Shias

True… I have read so many stories and articles by Wahhabis against Shias … Those ignorant wahhabis could be easily distinguished by their uncommonly vulgar language…..

In many essays I read, written by known wahhabis on the net, the work Kafir or Mushrik would appear almost every three words…..

and passed them on to fellow sunnis by calling themselves sunnis.

do you think Shujaat any sunni brother or sister would believe the word of a wahhabi ??

Of course not….. We all know Wahhabis are the biggest liers on earth today and we do not trust them at all……

I have been told so many stories by sunnis, and they are hilarious.

Me too….

I would like the members of talkaboutislam to please write here what they have been told about shias, and we will see if there is any truth behind it.

Some Shia websites on the internet say that the 12 Imams of Ahlul Bayt are better and have reached higher degrees than the prophets and messengers……

This is in clear contradiction with the Koran…

One of our brothers here, brother Zahhaad, said this is a major and mainstream belief in Shiism…. I could not refute that, neither confirm it, because I do not have the data …


Tell us please, is this a major belief among Shias

The Shia out of sheer prejudice for the Sahaba do not realize that   Abu Hurairah was such a devoted disciple of the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وسلم) that he left his home and everything in order to seek the attendance of the Prophet. He was all the time present in (the single room school adjacent to the Masjid and house of the Prophet --( صلى الله عليه وسلم) and wrote or memorized whatever came from the lips of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم). Thus he could collect a far greater number of Ahadith than other companions who were either engaged in their professions or busy on assignments entrusted by the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and as such they spent lesser time in the company of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and on this account Ahadith related from them are lesser in number. This is the truth. plain and simple!

But Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) made special dua for Abu Hurairah in respect of narration of Ahadith, hence we observe the Ahadith in abundance narrated by him. The following statement bears out the love which Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had for   Abu Hurairah (Radiallahu Anhu):


"O Allah! Endear this, your servant (Abu Hurairah) and his mother to your believing servants and endear the believers to them" (Muslim).


Thus those who are believers love Abu Hurairah (Radiallahu Anhu). Those who are unbelievers detest  Abu Hurairah (Radiallahu Anhu).


Strange and tragic indeed! In what a snare of errors have you fallen that you have broken all links with the foundations of Islam --- Quran and Hadith-which the entire body of Muslims from Morocco to Indonesia even to this day firmly believe as the true and fundamental sources of guidance and righteous action.

you and your people even less than four per cent of total world Muslim population (mostly concentrated in Iran as against ninety six per cent Sunni Muslims spread throughout the length and breadth of the earth) have the audacity to say such foul and crooked things challenging the fundamentals of Islam which even the qrientalists and Non-Muslims do not dare to do so!

  You can see that more than 80 % of bukari hadith narrated by Abu huraira that mean you did not under stand the meaning of those comments

Khuda means God in Urdu and Farsi. Khuda Hafiz basically means, God Guard you in Urdu & Farsi.

  Reward Abu Sufyan? The man who fought against our beloved Prophet SAW. In the battle of Uhud, who was leading the infidels against the army of our Holy Prophet saw in which Hazrat Hamzah was killed?

And muawiyah, the wicked son of sufyan( both enemies of Islam), didnt he fight Hazrat Imam Ali A.S. in the battle of siffin which lasted months and killed thousands?

As for the discord which occurred among them, it is to be considered as the consequence of the sincere exercise of personal conviction and opinion. The discord was resolved and is a thing of the past. It is not permissible for us to hold, on the basis of past differences among the Companions, grudges and ill will which continue for generations. The Companions are those whom Allah has described in the best of terms; He has praised them upon many occasions. Didn't our Holy Prophet Muhammed SAW pray to Allah SWT to never fill his stomach? I have pasted a sunni hadith which verifies that .

   If our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم pray to not fill his stomach, is that lead us that he is kaffur or not to say رضي الله عنه?

Hmm... excuse me but where do u get your information? There are about 300 million Shias alhamdulillah in the world.  Mostly concentrated in Iran? You will as many shia in Iran as you will in Pakistan and India, and 65 % or Iraq's population is shia. In Syria you will find many, and in Lebanon we have our beautiful Hizbullah that are fighting the Zionists.

The thought of our beloved Prophet praying for abu huraira is shere amusing. Please tell me where you have pulled this out of. LEt me guess abu huraira narrated this himself.  :bg

It is HISTORY that abu sufyan fought against the Prophet SAW, his wife made a necklace out of Hazrat Hamzah's inner organs, he was a horrible person. You are the first sunni that I've met who loves abu sufyan, are u sure that you are sunni? All the sunnis I know, the learned ones, all hate abu sufyan.

Why do u defend the likes of muawiyah and his father?
