he was ok for awhile and started again... i REALLY dont know what to do.. :-(  I even called my mother and cried..... She said the same thing as you are suggesting.

Its sad how a good friendship turns sour when ONE does not respect the feelings of the other.

Based on the information which you provided for me sister I will give you the following advice:

When someone like you who is eager to strengthen herself and wants to learn the Islamic Obligatory Knowledge  and is working hard to fulfill her obligations  and to abstain from sins, she needs to have a partner who will stand by her side and encourage her, support her, and motivate her.  That is true love  :bh1  :bh1  :bh1

The couple needs to work together for Paradise and make that their goal and not to encourage eachother (hint hint sister Ladyrain7 :woops) to do the forbidden sins that deserve punishment in Hellfire if one does not repent from that.

For example, if the husband is going to give a religious class...she doesn't nag him to take her our for dinner :no2  :no2  :no2   Likewise, if she is spending time with her children teaching them to recite Qur'an, he shouldn't nag her to go bake a cake :no2

I would strongly suggest looking deeeeeeep into your heart :bh1 and being honest with yourself which know can be extremely difficult.  However, you need to make the choices that will make you victorious on the day of judgement. :hmp1
