Judgement Day: It Has Signs
« on: Tuesday 01 October 2002, 02:47 »
:dbs1 PREPARE YOURSELF........... ................... OR ELSE

That the day of judgement is approaching is indisputable and confirmed in the holly Qura’n, ayah 59 of Surat Ghafir. Allah the Exalted created the worlds. He has created earth as our temporary living place. Earth is merely a passage way to the hereafter and not an everlasting living place. The Qr’an informs, that nothing in this life is eternal, everything we see including what we don’t see, will eventually perish, taking with it life on earth.

Undeniably, life on earth is constantly interchanging. This is evident in our daily circumstances and in the nature of the land we live on. Since the beginning of human life on earth, people die while others are born every day. This will continue until a time when every one will die including Humans, Jinn and animals. This will be the end of life on earth; when Angel Israfil will blow the horn for the first time, after which his life will also end.

Judgement Day: It Has Signs

..............This first blow of the horn will signify death on earth. No creature will escape the purpose of that day, even the most obedient creations of Allah, the angels, will die, except for the four that carry the magnificent throne, and Az-Zabania- the guardians of  the Hell-fire.

Since the first blow of the horn will result in the death of every living organism on earth, understandably it will be an episode of immense terror. The shocking sound of the horn will pregnant mothers to drop their babies instantly, irrespective of how far into their pregnancy they are. What is also nerve wrecking is that no one on earth knows when this day will come. The time when  Israfil blows the horn for the first time is a mystery to all creation. We know from the Quran, ayah 187 of surat
Al-^Imran, that Allah the Exalted has concealed this knowledge even from the highest ranking of angels and the best of men, being Allah’s prophets and messengers to His other creations Al-Jinn.

Allah has, however,  identified for us signs which serve to indicate the approach of the day of Judgment. There are minor signs and major signs. The minor indications, are what take place first and as the time draws closer to the day of judgment,  the major indications will follow the minor signs. These chain of minor signs will not happen in a short span of time, they are expected to continue prevailing leading into the time when major signs will begin to appear one after the other in a short span of time. Life on earth will suddenly end with a magnificent blow.

Judgement Day: It Has Signs

Sister Eve you are not wrong....there is more and this is for you......read and pray for a good ending for the MUSLIMS

:s2 The fact that the time of the day of judgement is concealed from all was made apparent when angel Jibril visited the prophet and his companions. The scholar, Imam Muslim related  that angel Jibril approached  prophet Muhammad one day in the form of a man and sat himself amongst the companions who were gathered with the prophet. He asked the prophet a few questions for the purpose of extending knowledge about Islam to the companions. One of the questions he asked was, “Tell me about the day of judgment?”  The prophet replied the meaning of: “I don’t know any more about it than you do.” By this the prophet meant both angel Jibril  and  he  knew nothing about the destined time of the day of judgement. Jibril then asked, “Then tell me about the signs of the day of judgement?”  He replied Salallahu ^Alaihi Wu Sallam, what means, “The day of judgement  will  arrive only after  the female slaves give birth to their superiors and the peasants along with the shepherds who were once known to be both bear foot and poor, will be wealthy enough to build tall buildings.”

Furthermore it’s been stated by some Islamic scholars that these are some of the minor signs and have already prevailed. Some other minor indications are; People will announce their claim to prophecy, earthquake occurrences will increase, as well as  a population of deceivers and misleaders -- among them will be the preachers of corruption,  diseases unfamiliar to society will spread, ,  detectable changes to the weather conditions and a widespread of events of killings and injustice will take place, a speedy elapse of time, whereby a year would seem like a month and a month would seem like a week and so on will be experienced also the case will be, the increasing number of shopping centers. In addition, other nations will take advantage of the fortunes of the Muslim nation, as one would take advantage of a delicious banquet of food, whilst  they surround them from all directions.

All of these indications are known to have already prevailed.

Oh Allah protect us from the corruption and sedation yet to come. :cwt

Al-Mahdiy

Among the last of the small signs yet to happen is the appearance of our Master  Al-Mahdiy. This was mentioned by the prophet in a Hadith that means:

((The day of judgment will occur only after  a man from my descendants  comes forth. His name is like mine and his father’s name is like my  father’s name.  He will fill the land with peace and justice as it had been congested with corruption and injustice.))

This hadith has been related by Ibn-Hibban in his book As-Sahih  and by Abu-Dawud in his book As-Sunan and by At-Tarmithiy in his book Al-Jami^ and Al-Hakim in his book called Al-Mustadrak,, as it was in turn, related from the companion Abdullah bin Mas^oud, may Allah be pleased with him, as he heard it from the prophet, peace be upon him.

Known as Al-Mahdiy, his full name is Muhammad ibn Abdillah. He will be  from the descendants of either Al-Hassan or Al-Hussein, the sons of Fatima, the daughter of the prophet.
Initially , in his mission, Al-Mahdiy will be accompanied by an angel. This angel will call unto the people “Oh people he is the Khalifa of Allah-Al-Mahdiy so follow his path.”

The presence of Al-Mahdiy, as i said, will be the last of the small signs indicating the approach of the Day of Judgment. Following  these  minor signs, the major indications will prevail. These are ten major occurances which will happen in the following  order;
Ad-Dajal will emerge,  prophet ^Issa will  descent  from the second sky, Ya’jouj and Ma’jouj will come forth from their concealed place of residence,   the sun will rise from the West, a land animal, known in Arabic as Daabat Al-Ard will emerge, a vast spread of smoke will be followed by three land slides, and the journey  of a great fire will originate from  ^Adan in Yemen.

Who are Al-Dajal and Ya’jouj and Ma’jouj? Are they alive today? And where do they live? Listen as we unveil their extraordinary circumstances and the devilishly elaborated temptations they will inflict on mankind.
It will be an era demanding strength of faith and resilience in order to reject the temptations.

Ad-Dajal[/b]

As we mentioned earlier the emerging of Ad-Dajal is the first of the major signs of the approach of the day of judgment. He is described as having one normal eye, and the other being like a small ball bulging out., as well as being a great deceiver and liar. This is why he is also called ‘the one-eyed imposter’, and in Arabic A^war Ad-Dajal, which means the same. The way in which he will travel the world is strange and unlike our ways. He will travel the rest of the world apart from Makkah and Madina with a tremendous ease in as little as one and a half years. Allah has given Ad-dajal this extraordinary travel ability but at the same time Allah has denied the Dajal access to the land of Makkah and Madina. Due to the swiftness of his journeys he is known also as Al-Masih Ad-Dajal. (Al-Masih means the one who sweeps through the land). He is also named Al-Masih Al-Katthab, meaning the swiftly traveling-liar. Of his most abhorrent lies will be his claim to being God.

Amazingly, he is now chained  by  angels on an Island. The whereabouts of this Island is  unknown to anyone. He can not emerge before his due time. He has been imprisoned  there for a long time as is illustrated by the incident told by a companion of the prophet Muhammad.

Tamim Ibn ‘Uws  tells that he and other companions were sailing when their boat went astray leaving them lost in the ocean for one month. The boat was drifting deeper into the ocean when it stopped at an island. There they met with ^Awar Ad-Dajal. The companion described him to the prophet as having a huge body and obviously knows the Arabic language, since he communicated with them in Arabic. He introduced himself to them and asked them  many questions. Among his questions he asked if the prophet of an Arab origin -meaning prophet Muhammad-has come forth yet. They said Yes. The purpose of his question was to measure the remaining term of his imprisonment before his freedom. He is aware that his release will be one of the signs indicating the approach of the day of judgement, which will happen in a time after the revelation of  prophet Muhammad.

[shadow=#00ecff]   When the Dajal first appears, a day will feel as long as a year, then as long as a month and finally a day will feel as long as a week. He will travel the earth from all directions in just one and half years, spreading corruption every where. He will gain access to every place with the exception of  entry to Makkah and Al-Madinah, in Saudi-Arabia. This is because at every gateway thereof  will be an angel guarding the entry with his sword drawn, making Ad-Dajal flee at their sight. He will possess extraordinary powers all given to him by Allah, the Exalted. Allah willed for Ad-Dajal to be an evil temptation for the people placing their spiritual endurance to the test. Only the people with weak  faith whom Allah willed to go astray will become mesmerized by his incredible abilities and will seductively follow Ad-Dajal.
[/i][/u][/b][/color]

[shadow=#ffff51]It has been mentioned that of the extraordinary things he will display-
by the will of Allah-is that he will split a person in two halves and restore him together again. He will also order the sky to rain, and it will do so. He will pass dead land and order it to extract its’ treasures, it will do so. Moreover these treasures will visually follow Al-Dajal like a swarm of bees. The prophet mentioned in his Hadith, that as an added curse and a test of faith,  Ad-Dajal,  will bring about two rivers, one will seem to be of fire and the other will seem to be of water.
The Muslims are urged  by  prophet Muhammad to rush themselves into the river that appears to be of fire, because in reality it is of water.
