Is there any restrictions on my posting? or my attachments.

There are no restrictions or limitations on your posts or others.
You may wish to know that to limit the people who posts (spams) our administrator had cancelled the possibilities on everyone to put any websites links ( www. )

As for attachments: Would you like to tell us what kind of attachments have been  trying to insert?

As for editing; after you post something you go to ( modify ) on the right corner of your post, make the necessary changes and save.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND REPLY.
YESTERDAY I WAS TRYING TO POST A NEW TOPIC WITH AN ATTACHMENT (A DOCUMENT). I SPENT MORE THAN AN HOUR TO FINISH THAT. BUT IT WAS PAINFUL TO FIND NOTHING WAS DONE.
EXCUSE ME FOR MY COMMENT. BUT THAT WAS THE CASE.
CAN YOU BROTHER HELP IN SUCH CASE IN THE FUTURE?
HOW CAN I SEND THE TOPIC TO YOU PERSONALLY TO HELP?
