It is said that Shaban is the important to prepare for Ramadan. All Muslims are recommended to start preparing for Ramadan during Shaban. Muslims should use this month to prepare for fasting, praying and worshipping Allah. It is not recommended to begin fasting during the month of Ramadan without preparation. Honestly this is the first time I hear that fasting shaban is important to prepare us for Ramadan. Who said that?
And that lead me to another question: what prepares us for fasting the month of  Shaban?

May Allah give us the strength to enable us to pray and fast and do all the obligatory acts.
