إخوتي : بعد تثبتوا بجدارة وجودكم في المسجد وبعد أن تصبحوا من شموع الإيمان فيه فإنكم حينئذ توثقون من علاقتكم بأهلكم وذويكم وأصدقائكم في حيكم فتصبح كلمتكم مسبوعة ومحترمة ، فإن فعلتم ذلك تستطيعون تجميع عدد منهم في لجنة لإعمار المسجد التي بدورها ستتولى تطوير وتحديث رسالة المسجد في بناء وتطير مجتمعه المحلي، وحينئذ تبدأ عملية إنقاذ المجتمع المحلي من التخلف ووحوشه الثلاث الجهل والفقر والمرض
