Don't you think that little lying can be good sometimes,when no body gets hurts but good for everyone? Suppose if you tell the truth you get fired but if you make up story your job is safe because you have to feed the family. I mean,  to be smart and how to deal with a situation. It does not mean that you do wrong and put blame on your co-worker.
 
Rewards are always there from Allah,for being honest and truthful.But some times we do not even notice those rewards.
