How can we stop our juniors, children to stay away from pornographic material, websites and other stuff?

Also you must punish them , harshly and publicly, tell your neighbors that your son has looked at porn. this should set the right example

I think what we need to do is try to educate them from beginning everything about how to be a good Muslim. Let them know and scared to hellfire and become truly Allah worshiper. At the same time tell them why pornography is Haram in Islam and we also need to avoid some material related to pornography at home. I mean some advertisement at magazine or paper which exploit women who not covered their aurat in there.

By doing that, teaching the child from the beggining about deen, they are able to make the desicions for themselves.

The parents also should give such a good example to the children.

Yes, parents pay a great role in that. I used to turn off TV when there was  THAT kind of scene. My children still follow it. But you never know what children do when they get privacy. But at least they do know that it is not a good thing.
An incident occured when my child was in  kindergarten(in an Islamic School) His class mate did THINGS to his  female classmate. My son came home and told me. We told him that it is a very bad thing to do and reported to the Principal. I wonder if he watched something his parents were watching.
But some parents are so negligent.

Kids, being an individual would not like to be scold or punished in full view of their friends, after all they are individuals with respect.
 
I remember here a quote from Hazrat Ali k.aw. that to scold somebody you must do it in private, this way he will not be embarassed and his will also save his respect in the eyes of his/her friends.
 
But he/she must be notified that if this thing happened again, his friends, neighbors and cousins will be ashamed of his/her act. This I guss would be a straight forward approach to this problem.

I agree that an individual should be scolded or punished in private, as to be treated with respect.

A solution to this problem may be to install software on the computer. I use Norton Internet Security. It allows you to control which subjects specific users may view. You can also block out other subjects that are not appropriate.
