I'm from Ind....onesia
language does give a barrier to our communiation
I'm also follow the same type forum in my homeland
and it was very active for sure
It is difficult to talk about topic that we're not involved at

Hey Ibrahim! I am also from Abbottabad, Pakistan and good to see you here. Thing is i have also noticed that so many people have registered on this forum but not even 5% of them are writing/contributing to this forum. I would request the admin of the forum to mass email all the members asking them to be regular on this forum!

Nice to meet you too mani and fraudulant.
Fraudulant - as far as my experience with islam forums goes Pakistani's tend to join more global forums. You see here English is taught as a Primary language in most schools and colleges, therefore we are more inclined to talk in English.
Mani - I am completely with you on that, though een 5% seems like an exaggeration :) We should try and make this forum more active. Also, please note the topic under "Just Chatting"  i posted as "Please spare a few minutes". Its a very disturbing thing, and we really should do something about that too.

Participation on forums and all other forms of media is very important. I really hope our muslim brothers and sisters realize it.

That is true, but who cares about how good we are at English as long as we can get the message through :) Talking about religion requires nothing but motivation
